1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Website uptime

1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Delivery and Returns​​​​​​

When you have made an order you will receive an email to confirm your order has been placed.
You will receive another email to let you know we are processing your order.
Once you receive your 3rd email saying dispatched your items will be delivered within 48 hours.

Any orders placed on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be processed till the Monday.

According to EU law customers have 14 days from the date they have received the goods to inform that they wish to return the goods, and then an additional 14 days from when they have informed Lou Lou's until the goods needs to be sent back.

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. 

You need to notify the retailer of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email, for example.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.


​​​​​We will try to get you order shipped to you in 3 to 7 working days. If there is a problem we will notify you as soon as we can. 

Orders over £40 will be free delivery.
Delivery charge starts at £3.99

Any damage to your order must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your goods .

Lou Lou's will notify you of any item out of stock and advise when delivery will be possible. If you do not want to wait then we will refund your money if you have already paid.

If goods have already been dispatched, and you change your mind, you can send the goods back to us for a refund. The cost of the postage back to us must be paid for by you. 

We will only issue a refund after we have received the goods and they have been found to be unused and in their original packaging. In the case of faulty goods we will replace the item, refunding your return postage, or refund the value of the item should you not want a replacement.

We will discuss your requirements either by email or phone.

What if I’m not in?
If there is no one available to sign for your order, a second delivery attempt will be made the next working day. If there is still no one available to sign for your order, our couriers may attempt to contact you to arrange delivery. Orders that are undeliverable, e.g. because the address is incorrect or there has been no one available to sign for the order, will be returned to us. Orders returned as undeliverable will be charged at the outbound rate before being resent or refunded. If orders are to be resent, an additional delivery charge will apply.
